ORDERS

After placing an order you wil receive a confirmation e-mail of your purchase. (You must be 18 or over.)

If your item is out of stock you will be notified of the delay/cancellation of your order. Some out of stock items can be ordered - please allow 28 days. Some products are end of line items and cannot be re-ordered .

We hold a limited amount of each size in stock so please e-mail us if you require more than one and we will confirm availability.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

You will be notified of any delay and can choose to cancel your order if you wish. You can choose to cancel your order without reason within seven days a full refund will be issued, if your order has already been dispatched, the buyer will pay for postage back to us, payment will be refunded excluding any postage costs.

Delivery is subject to availablility.

All available orders are dispatched within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

We use no frills, discreet packaging for all our orders

We only post to the paypal account holders address for security reasons.

We do not hold your information for marking purposes.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Please try the bra/top on before opening the briefs/bottoms as they cannot be returned once opened.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we guarantee a refund .

(WE DO NOT REFUND P&P)

Please return within 14 days. All we ask in return is that the item is unworn, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached and in the perfect condition .

You are responsible for any returned item. We recommend you use recorded delivery for your peace of mind.

Refund payments usually takes 2-3 days to return to a paypal account but can take up to 30 days if payment is made using a debit or credit card.

We do not accept briefs, thongs or shorts as returns for hygiene reasons
